A blend of first flush and summer harvest Kyoto leaves for delicate freshness and warm, rounded intensity.

Tasting notes: Oceanic, green vegetal, toasted nuts.

Produced in southern Kyoto Prefecture, renowned for some of Japans highest quality green tea.

A brief steaming process halts oxidation before leaves are rolled and dried for steeping.

Brew Notes

Start with 3-4g per 8-10oz cup at 175F for 1 minute.

Increase intensity with slightly hotter water (180-185F) and/or a longer steep (1:15-1:30).
