Deep, rich tea with heavy body and complex aroma, selected for its lighter floral quality and lower tannic intensity.

Tasting notes: Turbinado, dried fruits, citrus.

Grown in Sri Lanka from younger leaves nearest the growing tips for balanced richness and reduced pungency.

Brew Notes

Steep 3-4g per 8-10oz at 205-208F for 3-5 minutes.

With milk/sweetener: 4g per 8oz at 208-210F for 5 minutes.
